李世峰，男，1986年生，武汉大学工业科学研究院机械电子工程专业工学博士，讲师，硕士生导师。曾主持过多项芯片国产化的新品纵向研发课题，在国内外学术期刊（IEEE Transactions，ACS Applied Nano Materials，Sensors and Actuators A-Physical等）及学术会议（IEEE NEMS, IEEE EDTM）上发表科研论文二十余篇，研究方向包括：集成电路、射频微波器件、大语言模型的应用、数据科学与大数据技术等。
